You’ve read the books, watched the show and maybe been down a few rabbit holes online (lord knows I have!) but now it’s finally time to craft with the world’s newest hockey sensations - introducing the SEF Valentines Day skeins featuring Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov from the global hit Heated Rivalry!!

Are you team Hollander or team Rozanov? Either way, I’ve got you covered! And if you can’t decide, or like me think they should never be separated, you can go with the 2 x 50g set for one of each!

Each colourway is designed to match their team jerseys, Shane’s being red white and blue whilst Ilya’s being black white yellow and red.

I have a limited number in-stock ready to ship now, whilst the rest will be dyed up in 1-2 weeks.

Preorders are open until 31st January and scheduled to ship in the 2nd week of February 2026

Care Info

All my yarn is dyed using professional acid dyes. Whilst every care is taken to thoroughly rinse any excess dye out during the dying process, you may experience minimal dye bleeding during the first couple of washes - unfortunately this is just the nature of hand-dyed yarn! I recommend washing in cool water and drying flat to protect the yarn and your lovely projects!

Please note we are a household with a cat and dog, both are kept away from yarn storage and the dying process.

All yarn will be shipped in hank/skein form and will require winding into a ball or cake to avoid tangles.

Unique

Each skein is hand dyed in small batches, and as such no 2 skeins will be the same making them truly unique. I follow recipes for each of my colourways to attempt to maintain consistency between batches, however the yarn and dye can have a mind of its own - 2 batches made together could easily look different.

If you are planning on making something that requires more than 1 skein, I highly recommend ordering enough to finish your project and alternating skeins each row whilst crafting - this should help maintain a consistent colour throughout.

I take great care in capturing the true likeness of the yarn colours in each listing, however please note that different phones or screens may display the colours differently.
